Police have laid charges against a rogue public masturbator who fiddles his diddle to traffic and then punches a passing senior, at what looks like a bus stop near Bridgeland. It was all captured on cell cam video. In a statement to The Western Standard, Calgary police said: “We were called to the area of 200 Nina Gardens N.E. for several reports of a man who was bevaing erratically, running into traffic and exposing himself. It is also believed the man physically assaulted a man who was unknown to him.”Yaroslav Halaiskyi, 29 has been charged with one count each of assault, causing a disturbance, committing an indecent act and resisting arrest.
