They clearly aren’t relying on wearing a mask to save their own lives..Then there’s notorious shift-and-change U.S. COVID-19 czar Dr. Anthony Fauci. He has been accused by U.S. Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) of having a role in the creation in the coronavirus itself. Whatever the truth of that, he privately admitted a drugstore mask didn’t give you a hope in hell of avoiding COVID, yet only last December publicly stated it would be disastrous to stop using them. At one point he even thought it best to wear two of them. .COVID-19 has become a religion and the mask itself has simply become a talisman. And, that’s precisely what it has become. When the CBC runs outrageous stories about how to talk to your kids about "vaccine fatigue” in order to get them through another booster shot, don’t you wonder what kind of indoctrination is going on? The children shouldn’t have had even one shot..Meanwhile, I continue to see people riding bikes, with masks on. People walking down city streets on hot, humid days wearing masks, and barely able to breathe: What they are inhaling is almost pure carbon dioxide. It is an unhealthy exercise in futility. But it continues, because the health Gestapo continues to suggest there is some social good in it..There is not..And it’s amusing how you see fewer masks in more conservative cities, and more masks in more liberal cities. Otherwise, it’s just no fun governing..So, if the universities are allowed to smother their students with masks, wait for the federal and provincial governments to start imposing the same stupid policies whenever and wherever they can — on the same stupid advice of the health Gestapo, who will of course undoubtedly see the wisdom in such action.
