Wildrose Independence Party of Alberta (WIPA) President Rick Northey shoved an elderly man at the party’s annual general meeting on Saturday. .A video of the incident shows a group of people shouting at Northey, saying he needs to “talk about the agenda” and “step down.” Northey starts to walk away as the crowd catcalls him. .As he moves through the crowd, he puts his elbow out and jabs a man. The man ends up turning to the side after being hit. .Northey continues to walk away as the crowd sneers at him.
