Two bank robbers are dead and six police officers wounded after a robbery ended in a fusillade of bullets at a Bank of Montreal in Saanich Tuesday morning..Dramatic video shows Saanich police officers exchanging gunfire with the suspects inside of the bank..After it was over, one person, believed to be one of the robbers, lay dead in the parking lot..Some of the wounded police were seriously hurt and were in surgery ..One suspect may still be on the loose and there’s a lockdown in the area.."If you are in the area of North Dairy Rd to Cedar Hill X Road and Richmond Rd to Cedar Hill Rd, please shelter in place. Two suspects are in custody. Officers are searching the area for a possible additional suspect.
