Two bike theives are seen on video sawing off the locks securing a bicycle and a scooter to a pole on Stephen Avenue Walk in downtown Calgary. People can be seen walking by slowly, staring at the two thieves in mid-heist. One rides away on the stolen bike, the other close behind on the scooter. Another witness who appears to have been watching the whole thing turns his head to watch them go past him as he continues to stand idly on the sidewalk.
