Mann starts to settle into the driver seat when he slams the door shut as an axe-wielding suspect approaches. .The video shows the suspect swinging his axe in full force at the driver’s window, breaking the glass and removing the window on the second swing. .Mann opens the door, and two more suspects enter into the shot. One of these suspects pulls out a machete. .The three men, dressed in black and wearing masks, are seen hitting Mann with the axe and machete. He pushes them away and runs to the back of vehicle, but they continue to hit him. .Mann falls to the ground, where his attackers beat him with their weapons and kick him. His mother comes out of the house and chases them away before running back to him. .Emergency crews were called to the scene after the incident. Peel police said he suffered injuries, but he is in stable condition. .Police claim the incident was targeted and unrelated to carjacking, but the motive behind the attack is unknown.
