An autopsy revealed human remains found in Saskatoon's Hyde Park Monday morning are those of missing 53-year-old Nuzhat Tabassum. .The Saskatoon Police Service (SPS) and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service were called to Hyde Park at approximately 10:20 a.m. Monday by a pedestrian who reported they had found human remains, at which point an investigation was launched. .On Tuesday, the coroner performed an autopsy and confirmed the remains belonged to Tabassum..Tabassum was named a missing person and was last seen on July 10..The family has been informed of her death..SPS said in a media release they “do not believe the death to be suspicious” and there is no concern for public safety..“Police wish to thank the Saskatoon Fire Department, Saskatoon Search and Rescue, and members of the public and media for their assistance in this investigation,” said the SPS release.
