He apparently entered the vent, then got stuck..After RCMP rescued Francis, they arrested him. .He was charged with break and enter and mischief over $5,000 due to the “extensive damage caused to the building.”.Francis has been released and is awaiting a court date..Temperatures in the area have been close to freezing.
