The Red Deer RCMP are warning the public about an alarming series of animal cruelty incidents that have recently occurred.According to police, around 6:30 p.m. on August 9, the Red Deer RCMP were called to a residence in the Michener Hill neighbourhood where an unknown person had grievously harmed a cat.During the investigation, RCMP learned two other cats in the neighbourhood had been found beaten in previous days.
