Red Deer RCMP have charged resident Momodou Lamin Bah for alleged sexual assaults towards minors, according to a Thursday press release. .The release said Red Deer RCMP received a report of a sexual assault involving a 13-year-old and 14-year-old on August 2. .The RCMP conducted an investigation.
