American country singer Oliver Anthony has hired two bookers to help him with creating a 2024 tour. .“We're going to be all over the US and even doing some international travel,” said Anthony in a Facebook post. .Anthony became famous after he released his song Rich Men North of Richmond on August 8, which took aim at elites mistreating working class people. .“It’s a damn shame what this world’s gotten to,” he said. .“For people like me; for people like you.” .Anthony acknowledged there is no way he can pull this tour off himself. United Talent Agency agents Curt and Jeffery will do all of the work to make the performances happen. .As he said early on, he will not be signing any deals or selling any percentage of his music. He added there is “no amount of money that is worth risking the direct line of communication you and I currently have.”.There was no major industry deal signed by him.
