His response to that was to deny we had any authority to do so," Board President Rick Northey said.."Hinman and his supporters basically seized control of the AGM, illegally seizing the podium by force. They removed everybody from the room who didn't agree with them and then they illegally elected a new board and reinstalled Paul as the leader. And we've been going to court ever since to put a stop to it.".A Court of King's bench justice reviewed all the submissions and evidence and rendered a judgment on October 21 that upheld the suspension, and subsequent removal from leadership This includes the awarding of all costs for the proceedings to the WIPA.."We will be moving forward with a Leadership Race shortly," a WIPA spokesperson said..The new interim leader of the WIPA will be Jeevan Mangat.
