The restaurant owner said one of his servers came up with the concept to honour Halloween and Netflix series Dahmer—Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story. .The owner said the Jeffrey Dahmer Special’s toppings are ramen noodles, pepperoncini garnish, prop body parts, and fake blood.
