The press release went on to say he will task Global Affairs Canada with negotiating labour mobility treaties with various countries. .It said he will incentivize provinces to remove application fees to update credentials, create a simple application process, and cut review times. Every international graduate from a Canadian university will be granted the right to work in Canada and a path to citizenship. .A Charest government will spend money on encouraging workers that businesses need to move to Canada.
