The BC NDP have overtaken the BC Conservatives in the riding of Surrey-Guildford, putting them over the majority threshold for the first time.If the results hold, the NDP will finish with 47 seats to the Conservatives' 44.According to Elections BC, as of 3:00 p.m. PST, NDP candidate Garry Begg leads Conservative competitor Honveer Singh Randhawa by 8,918 to 8,901, a difference of just 17 votes.
