A search party located the body of five-year-old Frank Young in the river on the Red Earth Cree Nation, near where he was reported missing April 19, 2022..On Saturday, just after 7 pm, the Carrot River RCMP received information Young was found, but had passed away..“This is not how anyone wanted the search for Frank to end. Our deepest condolences are with Frank’s family, loved ones, and community who have been greatly impacted by this tragedy,” said Sgt.
