Canadian COVID Care Alliance member Philip Oldfield is encouraging people to contact the prosecutor at the International Criminal Court (ICC) to help with the advocacy group’s trial into alleged crimes against humanity the provinces and Canadian government engaged in during the COVID-19 pandemic. .“The ICC’s final response to my submissions was not what I had hoped, as the court determined it did not have sufficient evidence to open a formal investigation into Canada’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Oldfield in a July 11 letter. .“However, the court’s door is still open to allow an investigation pertaining to crimes against humanity.” .Oldfield said he wants to prove the provinces and Canadian government intentionally caused great suffering or serious injuries and apartheid. Given the ICC has requested more facts and evidence to proceed, he said Canadians need to provide this information to the court. .If people fear retaliation, he said they can request their identity be kept confidential.
