Winnipeg Police Service (WPS) arrested a 63-year-old man and 53-year-old woman because they allegedly handed out “Nerds” candies with tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) to trick-or-treaters on Halloween.. Nerds Green .The WPS news release said they received over a dozen reports of the THC candies from a small area in the south Tuxedo area..The candies were handed out to children aged six to 16 years old.."I'm upset it happened, as a parent," said WPS Const.
