Moreover, officers say they have no evidence to support a connection between Tuesday’s shooting and any of the events unfolding Thursday evening..Just before 9 p.m. Victoria police posted a photo to social media of one of the sought men, adding that there is no known risk to public safety and that the large-scale response is due to an "abundance of caution.".
