Thank you for your support," the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary said..Schools were placed on lockdown and secure in the area..The RNC released a description of the man they're were searching for in connection with the incident..Matthew Jeremy Fowler, 31, is described as 6-ft, 5-in, 200 lbs, with tattoos around his neck..Fowler has dark hair and brown eyes and was believed to be travelling in a black Subaru Legacy with license plate JFH 710..The RNC advised the community on Thursday to "shelter in place," after an emergency alert was issued while police search for the suspect..The RNC said they responded to three shooting incidents, one on Uplands Road in Chamberlains and Greelytown Road in Foxtrap, a few miles away..Police confirmed two men suffered serious injuries as a result of the shooting and police believe the events are targeted.
