A peaceful protest is starting to form outside of the Fort Macleod RCMP station demanding that area resident Alex Van Herk be let go as he has been "detained" by the RCMP..According to a protester at the station, "The crowd is peacefully friendly" and are starting to gather to support Van Herk who has been "detained" by the RCMP..Van Herk became involved in the Coutts border blockade which happened during the winter in Alberta.
