The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is warning the public of a violent offender released in the interest of public safety..EPS issued a release with the warning on Wednesday. ."Twenty-two-year-old Jaycee Bigstone is a convicted violent offender, and the Edmonton Police Service has reasonable grounds to believe he will commit another violent offence against anyone while in the community," said EPS. .Bigstone will be residing in Edmonton after being released from jail. He is subject to a court order with conditions and is being managed by the Behavioural Assessment Unit of the EPS.."Bigstone’s violent offences have resulted in physical harm to his victims, and he has been known to carry and utilize weapons in the commission of his offences.
