Ultimately, Justice Eric Tolppanen met the two in the middle, handing Ovens a $6,000 for his “reckless” behaviour for illegal fishing under the Canada National Parks Act..In addition to the fine, Ovens must also post a YouTube video detailing his plea and subsequent sentence..Fowler remains wanted in Alberta on warrants.
